Hookah Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing Gemini Hookah Experience for your event. All rentals include hookah equipment, setup, and breakdown by our professional staff. A minimum of four (4) hookahs is required for all bookings.

Each rental covers up to four (4) hours of service. Additional hours may be requested in advance for an extra fee. Hookah hosts are responsible for preparing, maintaining, and safely operating the hookahs during your event.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the venue does not meet safe operating conditions (e.g., poor ventilation, underage guests, or violation of smoking laws).

Delivery & Service Information

We currently provide delivery and on-site setup services across Houston, TX and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may vary depending on the event location and number of hookahs requested.

Setup and breakdown are fully handled by our team. Please allow 30–60 minutes before and after your event for proper preparation and cleanup.

Customers must ensure adequate outdoor or well-ventilated indoor space for safe hookah use. The client is responsible for any damage to equipment during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date and time. The remaining balance is due before setup begins on the day of the event.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event may transfer their deposit to a future booking date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit.

Refunds will only be issued if Gemini Hookah Experience must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather or equipment failure).

No refunds will be granted for guests arriving late, leaving early, or failing to comply with the safety rules set by our hookah hosts.
